Charming stay in downtown Chandler
The location is awesome, right in the middle of downtown Chandler. The warm swimming pool was great for relaxing. I stayed in a room with a nice balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a fridge. Complimentary toiletries were good, too. Staff were super friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant experience overall.

I noticed a lingering smell that was quite unpleasant. Also, the shower drainage wasn't great, leading to standing water. While the staff was friendly, I found the front desk slow during peak check-in times. Overall, it felt like the hotel needed a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep in the rooms for an optimal experience.
